President, Philip Blumel
Philip Blumel is a two-time graduate at the University of Florida with a BA in Journalism and his MA in economics. Since 1996, he has worked as a Certified Financial Planner with Raymond James & Associates and, since 2021, with Janney Montgomery Scott. Phil is co-host of the bi-weekly No Uncertain Terms podcast. He currently resides in South Florida with his wife and 2 children.
John Aglialoro
John Aglialoro is an entrepreneur who has owned and operated a variety of businesses for the past 40 years as Chairman and co-founder of UM Holdings Ltd. He serves as Chairman of CYBEX which is a full-line manufacturer of commercial exercise equipment owned by UM Holdings. He is also CEO of Atlas Distribution, the company that brought Ayn Rand’s classic Atlas Shrugged to the big screen as a movie trilogy. John resides in Tavistock, New Jersey with his wife and business partner, Joan Carter.
Travis Anderson
Travis Anderson was born in San Francisco 1955, and received his BA at Yale in 1977. He is the CEO and managing partner at R. Gilder & Co. (now Gilder, Gagnon, Howe & Co., LLC), a money management firm and broker-dealer based in New York City.
Paul Farago
Paul Farago resides in Asheville, North Carolina, where he is a licensed acupuncturist. Paul was very active in the national and state legislative term limits campaigns in the 1990s and when he resided in Oregon, served as Chief Petitioner on state and local term limits ballot measures.
Paul Jacob
A longtime political activist, organizer and leader, Paul Jacob has fought tooth & nail for term limits and direct democracy. He has led more than 100 initiative and ballot access campaigns around the country. He hosts a radio show that is aired daily to over 150 radio stations throughout the country. He has served on the Libertarian Party National Committee, the Board of Directors at the Center for Independent Thought, and as President at the Citizens in Charge Foundation. Paul resides in Virginia with his wife and 3 kids.
Marshall Stocker
Marshall L. Stocker, PhD, is a former Managing Director and co-director of an emerging markets team, where he led efforts to analyze country-level political and economic policies. He earned a B.S. and an MBA from Cornell University, where he was a Park Leadership Fellow, and a Ph.D. in economics from Universidad Francisco Marroquín. In 2017, he became a member of the Mont Pelerin Society in recognition of his scholarly publications. In 2005, he helped defeat a New York State ballot proposal introduced by now-convicted former Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver and former Senate Majority Leader Joseph Bruno.
Bob Gelfond
Bob Gelfond is the CEO/founder of MQS, a quantitative hedge fund. He has over 30 years experience as a quantitative strategy developer, portfolio manager, investor, and senior hedge fund executive at some of the most prominent hedge fund firms in the industry.
Prior to founding MQS, Bob founded and became CEO of MagiQ Technologies, a pioneer in converting quantum information processing opportunities into real-world implementations. Under Bob’s leadership, MagiQ has successfully developed and marketed the world’s first mathematically proven unbreakable computer encryption code based upon quantum physics. Bob holds a patent in the field of quantum cryptography. In 2004, MagiQ was named a Technology Pioneer by the World Economic Forum (Davos), awarded the SA50 “Business Leader” in computing by Scientific American, and named one of the “Top Ten Tech Companies to Watch for the Next 10 Years” by IEEE Spectrum. He graduated from the University of Virginia with degrees in Mathematics and Economics in 1981.
Chris Ekstrom
Before launching his successful entrepreneurial career as founder and President of Ekstrom properties, Chris Ekstrom gained valuable experience working at Cable Com; during his tenure, he frequently managed special projects that intersected with local politics, sparking a desire to get involved as a political activist & donor.
Having built a business from scratch, he saw firsthand the inefficiencies and blocking of the entrepreneurial spirit by our local, state and federal governments. Never being one to sit on the sidelines, Ekstrom became politically active hoping to solve the many problems plaguing our nation.
In 2020, he ran for Congress in Texas 13th Congressional District, encompassing Amarillo and Wichita Falls. He proudly signed the U.S. Term Limits pledge and served as the Texas State Chair for U.S. Term Limits.
